Bargains to be Found at Weekend Garage Sales
No garage sales are listed in the borough but surrounding towns have several to choose from

Although there are no garage sales listed in the borough this weekend, there are a few in surrounding towns that may be worth the trip.
Saturday
Drop by 22 Kathryn Place in Bergenfield from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (sale also continues on Sunday) for a moving sale. Owners say everything must go including furniture for many rooms and even a piano.

Even if it rains, this sale at Calvary Methodist Church in Dumont (185 Madison Avenue) is still on. The sale kicked off Friday but continues Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers many items including clothing, books and collectibles--you can even grab a bite to eat while you shop.
A self-described "upscale home" in Oradell at 264 Sussex Street is selling top-end baby items (Peg Perego), vacuum cleaners, appliances and more.

Sunday
Check out 700 Queen Anne Road from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for bargains and to do a good deed. The homeowner said 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to charity. You can find furniture, baby items, designer handbags and more.
Also in Teaneck, you can drop by 350 Rutland Avenue to find deals on bikes and weights as well as some outdoor furniture. This sale is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
