Bergen Center For Child Development Announces New Faculty Member
New Social Worker Provides Support Service To Students and Families

Haworth, NJ – Bergen Center For Child Development, founded in 1968 and serving students with disabilities, is proud to announce their recent hiring of Caitlin McAloon, MSW, LSW, as the new School Social Worker.
Ms. McAloon, a licensed Social Worker and certified School Social Worker will work directly with children and families, and coordinate meetings and communication with school districts and parents in order to streamline student services. She will also serve as a resource for parents and students, leading weekly social skills groups.
“We are thrilled to welcome Caitlin to the staff of Bergen Center for Child Development. She is deeply committed and well qualified to help our students thrive”, said Susan Raymond, M.Ed., School Principal.

Ms. McAloon served as a social worker for the Riverdale Public Schools and at St. Clare’s Hospital in Boonton. She has volunteered on the maternity unit at St. Clare’s and is interested in Human Rights and Animal Welfare.
