When Yogi Patel and his wife Vilsa discovered that a patron of their store had not claimed a nearly $1.4 million scratch-off lottery ticket, they tracked the person down, The Record reported.
Assemblyman Gary Schaer honored the owners of Leprechaun News in Rutherford Friday for their honesty, the report said.
