Each year, at its Community Celebration, Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County honors and celebrates those individuals who have contributed meaningfully to the school community. This year, Schechter is honored to present Geoffrey Lewis with the Tree of Life Award, Rabbi André Ungar with the Shirley and Harris z”l Shapiro Community Award, and Samantha Asulin & Deborah Rose with the Hai Award on Sunday, March 27th at 5 PM at the Hilton Pearl River. Proceeds from the Community Celebration and Ad Journal support Schechter’s educational programs and its tuition assistance fund.
