On Tuesday May 31st, 2011 the New Milford Music Department is proud to be hosting Electrify Your Strings! This is an amazing rock orchestra concert featuring the lead electric violinist from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mark Woods! The Electrify Your Strings Music Education program has been featured on NBC's The Today Show, CBS National Evening News, CNN, The Tonight Show and Good Morning America! New Milford orchestra students in grades 4-12 will be performing in a district wide concert with Mark Woods at 7:00pm at NMHS.
