Michael Pevny Scholarship Dinner

What the dinner is all about.....Welcome to the Michael Pevny Benefit Scholarship Dinner.  Mike Pevny, a 34 year old husband, father, NMHS teacher and coach, had his life tragically cut short in November of 2004. The Michael Pevny Scholarship Dinner was created at that time to honor not only Mike’s memory but also the spirit of generosity that marked his personal and professional life.  The dinner has raised more than $40,000 to benefit the New Milford Scholarship fund, and it has enabled us to continue to honor the memory of countless individuals who also have scholarships named in their honor.  For the last two years we have paid tribute at the dinner to Lauren Savino, a member of the Class of 2009, who was taken from us at far too young an age.  All of the profits from the dinner are used to fund scholarship opportunities for the students of New Milford.  If you would like to participate in this year's dinner you may do so in the following manner: Gift baskets are welcome - baskets are raffled at the dinner Tickets for the dinner are $50 each and must be reserved in advance.   You can pay for tickets at the door but the maximum seating at Sanducci's is 125 people, so please reserve your tickets in advance.  To contribute a gift basket or to reserve your ticket via e-mail contact David Wilson at:dwilson@newmilfordschools.org All contributions are welcome and will be applied to the New Milford Scholarship Fund.
