On May 11th, 2012 at 7:30 pm the David E. Owens Middle School Concert Band will be performing a prelude performance prior to the final Ridgewood Concert Band concert of the season. Our talented middle school students will be performing three selections including a medley of songs from Beauty and the Beast.
The Ridgewood Concert Band is an internationally renowned community band which is made up of mainly current and retired band directors. The group has traveled around the world working with various conductors and soloists. This final performance features Bucky Pizzarelli on guitar, the youth soloist competition winner, and 52 area High School students performing with the Ridgewood Concert Band. Two New Milford High School students will be performing in this great "Side by Side" event!
