Children 2-7 and their families are invited to journey back to the land of Shushan and learn from Esther what it means to be a leader, take a stand and believe in yourself. Join us as Storahtelling retells the classic Purim story in a new way for a new generation with live music, puppets and interactive storytelling. Come in costume and march with Esther and the Storahtelling performers in a “Purim Parade.” Then, enjoy an arts & crafts project and yummy snacks! Storahtelling @ Schechter, an exciting partnership between Solomon Schechter Day School of Bergen County and renowned arts organization Storahtelling, is a series of educational and performance events for families with children ages 2-7. The school, a premier pre-k - 8 Jewish Day School serving the greater Bergen County area (including Manhattan's Upper West Side and Riverdale in the Bronx), is centrally located at 275 McKinley Avenue, New Milford, NJ 07666.
