La Toya Jackson at Bookends: 'My Brother Was Murdered'
The famous singer sat down with Patch to discuss how she overcame abuse, as well as her brother's death
La Toya Jackson says her new book Starting Over reveals the details of her brother Michael's death almost exactly two years ago.
The famous singer, on hand to promote the premiere of the book and record of the same title at Tuesday night, said she believes her brother was murdered and there was a conspiracy behind it. The book cites his estate and the rites to his musical catalogue as motive, something she claims he predicted.
Jackson also writes of the three years of alleged abuse by the hand of her former manager and husband, Jack Gordon. Gordon reportedly had ties to the mafia and was been a suspect in two homicides. He died of cancer in 2005.
