• Karl’s Appliances designer showroom is now open on Route 17 south next to  and the former Pizza Hut. Current locations include; Montclair, Fairfield, Belleville, Orange, Madison and Sparta.
• GNC is now open on Route 17 north, next to  and  in front of The Fashion Center.

Coming Soon:

• XSRE will be opening in late spring at Paramus Towne Center on Route 17 north next to .  This super sized accessory store will be taking over half the space of the old Circuit City. Currently, there is a location open at Palisades Center in West Nyack, N.Y.
• Blick Art Materials will opening its first New Jersey location later this spring at 35 Plaza on Route 4 west. It will be taking over the corner store that was recently the Van Heusen/G.H. Bass store and before that the Paramus Picture Show/Cinema 35 movie theatre.
• Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft will be opening a brand new location at 30 A & S Drive, next to  in late Spring. The store will be taking over half the space that was the former Comp USA that closed a few years ago. There is a location at the Interstate Shopping Center on Route 17 south in Ramsey that has been there for years.
• Prestige Mercedes will be opening a new state-of-the-art dealership on Route 17 south on the site of the former Cerami Pontiac, next to .
• at The Outlets at Bergen Town Center recently started a three-month renovation the beginning of March. The renovations are taking place in anticipation of the new Fresh Grocery section they are going to have, which opens on Tuesday, June 7^th. The Target in Hackensack is also renovating . If you can’t wait for the Fresh Grocery department, then head on down to the Target in Edgewater. They recently completed renovations right before the holidays.
• Smashburger will be opening soon in the Sprout Brook Center on Route 17 north next to and . The burger place recently opened a location at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack and on Route 3 west in Clifton.
