New Milford Firefighters Extinguish Fire At Apartment Complex Thursday Night
The fire was reported in a bedroom, officials said.
NEW MILFORD, NJ — Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire at a Faller Drive apartment building Thursday night, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched to 254 Faller Drive on a report of a working fire. Chief Alan Silverman, Assistant Chief Ross Rhein, and Deputy Chief Angelo DeCarlo responded to the scene and called for more firefighters.
The first fire engine crew arrived, got a water line to the fire, and quickly extinguished the fire.

Firefighters from Oradell, River Edge, and Bergenfield also responded to the scene.
Authorities were on scene for about two hours.

Fire officials could not be reached for additional comment.
