NEW MILFORD, NJ — A borough man was killed Saturday when he crashed his bicycle while riding on a steep road in Stony Point, New York, police said.Hilario Galvez, 53, was traveling on Buckberg Road in Tomkins Cove at about 9:30 a.m. when he crashed into a wooded area, said Lt. Daniel Hylas.
