New Milford Police Help Deliver Baby Girl
The mother and baby were taken to Hackensack Meridian Medical Center where they were both reported to be in good health, police said.

NEW MILFORD, NJ — Local police officers helped deliver a baby girl Sunday morning.
New Milford Police officers were dispatched to a Huguenot Drive home at 8:23 a.m. on a report of a woman in labor.
Officer Samuel Gerais was the first officer on scene and helped the woman delivery the baby girl, said Detective Lt. Kevin Van Saders.

Sgt. Justin Pisano and Capt. Kevin Kiene were at the home as well, helping first responders, said Van Saders.
