New Milford Teen, 19, Sexually Assaulted 14-Year-Old: Prosecutor

NEW MILFORD, NJ — A borough teenager has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old, authorities announced Wednesday.
Mike Urgiles, a 19-year-old student, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced.
The New Milford Police Department and Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit received information that Urgiles had "inappropriate sexual contact" with a 14-year-old in New Milford, Grewal said.

Authorities investigated and Urgiles was arrested Thursday. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending arraignment, Grewal said, and appeared in judicial processing court Friday and released.
