Open Days Program Garden Tour - Allendale/River Edge/River Vale

Private garden tour to benefit the Garden Conservancy.

What: The Garden Conservancy’s Open Days Program
Explore three private gardens in Allendale, River Edge, and River Vale, open for self-guided tours to benefit the Garden Conservancy. No reservations required; rain or shine. Highlights include a Victorian-style perennial garden with David Austin roses, hundreds of rainbow colored impatiens, potted tropical plants and bonsai specimens, and woodland walks and borders with conifers and shrubs that hold year-round interest.

When: Saturday, June 13; hours vary.

Where: Visitors may begin at any of the following locations: Monfried Garden, 15 Stone Fence Road, Allendale, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Anthony “Bud” & Virginia Korteweg, 800 Summit Avenue, River Edge, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; or Cupid’s Garden – Audrey Linstrom Maihack, 690 Edward Street, River Vale, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
