Open Days Program Garden Tour - Bergen County
June 11: Self-guided tours of private gardens in Closter, Mahwah, River Edge, and River Vale, open to benefit the Garden Conservancy.

Explore four private gardens in Closter, Mahwah, River Edge, and River Vale, open to the public for self-guided tours to benefit the Garden Conservancy. No reservations required; rain or shine. Featuring a unique terraced property laid out in 1910 by Italian artisans with Carrara marble steps, a series of koi ponds and waterfalls, vine-covered garden structures, handmade sculptures in metal and wood, and the June blooms of roses, annuals, foxgloves, phlox, and more. Cupid's Garden—Audrey Linstrom Maihack, 690 Edward Street, River Vale (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.); Anthony "Bud" & Virginia Korteweg, 800 Summit Avenue, River Edge (8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.); Sisko Gardens, 113 Fardale Avenue, Mahwah (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.); or Mary's Garden, 188 Cedar Lane, Closter (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
