1000s are supporting NP High schooler's petition to NJ governor
Om Desai has garnered support from thousands, to petition NJ governor to not to force students to attend school physically during COVID-19

Unlike 43 other states, New Jersey has not yet declared that schools won't reopen this academic year: https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2020/04/18/us/schools-closed-coronavirus/index.html
This has created a lot of uncertainty and worry in parents and students. Many parents discuss these worries on social media platforms but that will not be directly visible to the decision-makers.
New Providence, NJ resident Om Desai, a high school sophomore has taken an initiative to create a petition to NJ governor on an online platform www.change.org where people can simply sign the petition to express their support.
