Introducing "Wellness on the Go!"... Let's discover the rewards of incorporating health and fitness into our everyday busy lives.

"Wellness on the go" may seem like a bit of a contradiction.  Since the term "wellness" encompasses both health and fitness, it often seems like a daunting task when we are faced with the obstacle of time.  Yet there are individuals out there who manage to lead a healthy lifestyle, no matter how busy their lives become.

There's no doubt about it; our goals require energy.  The more important something is to us, the more we must find the strength, determination, and drive to do what is needed.  Without these components, we lose track of our goals.  We may become discouraged and even give up on something we started.  Whether we want our most important accomplishments to be in sports, career, family, or relationships, the process will require a great amount of our energy.

The healthier our habits, the more energy we will have to give.  As a personal trainer, coach, and fitness enthusiast for more than 25 years, I have witnessed many people who have discovered the secrets of wellness.  I look forward to sharing the successful traits and tips that I have observed over the years.
