In this workshop led by Judit Duran HC, RYT, you will learn how to satisfy your desire for sweet food and reduce your craving for sugary, processed food. You’ll also learn about alternatives to sugar and taste some naturally processed sweeteners. The workshop takes place in a salt room and includes a few minutes of salt therapy. Space is limited.
