Meditation in the Salt Room

Meditation in the Salt Room—7-8PM. Get yourself into a relaxed mood at the beginning of the week. We'll practice mindfulness-based stress reduction and other meditation techniques. Every class concludes with guided relaxation and a few minutes of salt therapy to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Space is limited. Reservation required. Occurs the 2nd Monday of each month.
