NYC Leadership Fellows Program Informational Evening
You are invited to attend an informal gathering to learn more about the NYC Leadership Fellows Program Wednesday night, June 1 at 7:30pm at the Presbyterian Church at New Providence, (1307 Springfield Ave, New Providence, NJ 07974 – pcnp.org) The New York City Leadership Center is a premier program for Christian leadership development. One component of the NYC Leadership Center is their “Fellows” program, for business professionals, ministry leaders and pastors who desire to increase their leadership capacity from a Christian point of view. The Fellows Program is a 9 month training which meets in NYC for a half-day each month to provide the organizational skills to exponentially increase the effectiveness of the participants’ organization or church. Graduates from the program leave with a 2 year business plan entitled “Mission to Measurement” that forecasts the future impact of each participating social sector leader (pastors and non-profit leaders). Faculty include corporate leaders from American Express, Epcot, RSI/Pursuant Financial Services, Leadership Network, and other leading experts. The curriculum includes strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting, emotional health, and self-assessment exercises. The 2010/2011 class has consistently ranked the experience as exceeding their expectations and of incredible value.
This evening will be hosted by the senior pastor at the Presbyterian Church at New Providence, Dr. Jeff Ebert, and Tony Lembke of MKP Capital Management in NYC. Attending this evening provide information about participating in the Fellows Program and answer questions about the program.
