For any family-owned business that currently sponsors a “qualified plan”(i.e. — a 401K Plan, Profit Sharing Plan, Defined Benefit Plan, etc.), there have been recent
developments in the space that warrants you attending this timely session. Learn about the new requirements coming
in 2011–2012. We’ll discuss “fiduciary responsibility” and how plan sponsors, like you, may be personally liable for these plans and how to protect yourself from liability. Learn the “Dos and Don’ts” of managing such complex plans and
