Girls Hoops Team to Honor Seniors Tonight
Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. at Gov. Livingston High School
Senior night in every sport is always special -- giving the school and the community the opportunity to say thanks to the student-athletes who have given their best efforts to the program for the last four years.
Tonight, the Governor Livingston girls' basketball team will honor their seniors with a halftime ceremony. The Lady Highlanders will face Union Catholic at 5:30 p.m.
GL defeated the Lady Vikings 46-29 on December 21st thanks to a game-high 18 points from Alyssa Polimeni and 12 from Sam Dowling. Mallory George chipped in with eight points in that contest.

Gov. Livingston owns a 14-4 mark on the season, and will gear up for their first Union County Tournament game later this week. Union Catholic comes into today's action with a record of 8-9.
