Kim Osieja to Continue Hoops Career at Albright
Gov. Livingston senior looks forward to new challenge.

Gov. Livingston basketball star Kim Osieja will attend and play basketball at Albright College in Reading, Pa.
The senior guard and captain, known for her outstanding defensive play, recently attended a merit scholarship dinner at Albright.
"Kim stayed overnight with one of the girls on the basketball team and attended classes the next day while my wife and I met with the head coach, Janice Luck and the assistant coach Rachel Weidensaul," said Rich Osieja, Kim's dad. "We were given a tour of the athletic facility and then we finalized everything with admissions."

The Albright Lady Lions participate in the NCAA Division III (ECAC) Eastern College Athletic Conference and in the (MAC) division - Middle Atlantic Conference, Commonwealth conference which includes Lebanon Valley,Messiah,Widener, Alvernia, Elizabethtown, Lycoming, Albright and Arcadia.
“Playing basketball in college has always been a major goal of mine," noted Kim Osieja. "I'm so excited to be able to continue playing the sport I am passionate about at the next level.”

Kim is also grateful to the AAU and Governor Livingston coaches who prepared her for this opportunity. Now she's ready to prove herself at the next level.
“I chose Albright because of the location, size, and both academic and athletic reputation it has," said Osieja. "When I first visited Albright, something just clicked, I knew it was the right fit for me and I immediately fell in love with it.”
