Man Dies After Crash On I-78 In Union County: Police
The man hit a concrete barrier, authorities said.
BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — A 63-year-old man is dead after a crash on I-78 East Wednesday morning, New Jersey State Police said.
At around 6:30 a.m., troopers responded to a report of a crash at mile marker 44.4.
Based on initial evidence, the driver of a Ford pickup truck was traveling east when he veered off the road to the left and hit a concrete barrier.

Karl Winar, of Flemington, was driving the truck and was killed, authorities confirmed.
