The senior affordable housing complex on New York Avenue has been tied up in litigation and a threatened sheriff’s sale for years, but recent behind-the-scenes activity suggests long-promised expansion plans may restart. 
• 14 Year Old Swimmer Missing Off Wildwood Beach (wildwoodvideoarchive.com) — Emergency crews from North Wildwood joined Wildwood police, fire, and beach patrol teams Monday afternoon searching for a 14-year-old swimmer missing off Wildwood’s Schellenger Avenue beach. Multiple swimmers were rescued and one was hospitalized in stable condition, while boats and helicopters from state and federal agencies continued the search for the missing teen.
