• New Life Pharma LLC - 725661 - 04/14/2026 (fda.gov) — Federal regulators have issued a serious warning to New Life Pharma, a drug manufacturer on Livingston Street in Northvale, citing unapproved injectable products, poor sterile practices, and limits placed on FDA inspectors. The company has already recalled certain semaglutide and tirzepatide vials and agreed to halt production, while FDA urges it not to restart drug manufacturing at the Northvale facility. Local patients and clinics are advised that these recalled products lacked assured sterility.
