The girl suffered severe leg injuries when William Almonte allegedly pinned her in between the car he was driving and another one.

A Mahwah man was indicted on an assault by auto charge for allegedly pinning a 13-year-old between two vehicles.
A Bergen County Grand Jury indicted William Almonte Tuesday seven months after he hosted a party at his Aspen Court home where the girl was hurt.
The girl's father, John Stewart, was picking her up when Almonte and three others got into a Ford Mustang and Almonte put the car into reverse and pinned the girl between it and another vehicle, police said.
