Fundraiser At Oakland Salon To Help End Pet Homelessness

Proceeds will be given to local shelters and organizations. The event is part of a 50-state tour by BarkAID.

OAKLAND, N.J. — A special fundraiser will be held at I Love Lucy Hair and Nail Salon to help end homelessness among cats and dogs.

BarkAID, a non-profit dedicated to ending animal homelessness and educate people about what is happening with animals in their communities, is sponsoring the event. Hairstylist Patrick Lomantini founded the organization.

A $20 minimum donation is required. All proceeds will be donated to local shelters, rescues, humane societies and animal cruelty prevention societies.
