The Mahwah Museum announces the publication of a new book “Mahwah” in the “Images of America Series” by Arcadia Publishing Co. Author Carol Wehran Greene, Mahwah Historian, will be available to sign copies of the book on Sunday February 9, between 2-4 p.m. at the Mahwah Museum, 201 Franklin Turnpike.
This book contains a rich collection of photos of Mahwah’s past, many of which can be found in the Museum’s archive collection. Mrs. Greene compiled the photos from many sources and wrote an interesting and perceptive historical commentary. She is also author of the comprehensive book “The Ramapough Chronicles: A 300-Year History of Mahwah, New Jersey and It’s Surrounds.” Books will be available for advance purchase on February 5 in the Mahwah Museum or online at www.mahwahmuseum.org.
