From Saturday, June 6, 2026, through Friday, June 12, 2026, guards will be posted at St. Charles Place, Brighton Place, Atlantic Blvd., North Street, 8th Street, 9th Street, 10th Street, 11th Street, 12th Street, 14th Street, 22nd Street, 26th Street, 34th Street, 44th Street and 58th Street.

Additional guarded beaches will be added through the rest of June. The Ocean City Beach Patrol also said it will be staffed with response teams to assist with rescues on all beaches, including areas without regularly posted guards.

Beachgoers may not always find lifeguard stands placed directly at the end of a street. Stands may be moved to the safest area depending on water conditions, a reminder that beach conditions can shift from day to day and even within the same stretch of shoreline.

Anyone with questions is asked to call 609-525-9200. For emergencies, call 911.
