OCEAN CITY, NJ — It's a summer of changes around Ocean City. Two iconic restaurants on the island will be undergoing new ownership soon, according to reports.

First off, the landmark Chatterbox has already been sold to the owners of Philadelphia's brunch spots Green Eggs Café. The iconic pink exterior will remain, according to a report by the Press of Atlantic City, but expect a new menu.

The grand opening for the newly-imagined Chatterbox should be coming soon. What changes are coming are yet to be seen.

Another iconic Ocean City spot is up for sale. Randazzo's Pizzeria is looking for new owners, according to an online listing. For $3.2 million, you could become the owner of "one of the most well-known businesses and properties in Ocean City, NJ," the listing said.

Randazzo's has operated at that location for more than 50 years. It's been with its current owners for 30 years. As an established, profitable spot in a quieter part of the island, it has little competition, which the seller emphasizes as benefits.
