Christmas Festivities Set In Ocean City

The weather is cold and decorations are going up downtown. It's almost time for Christmas in Ocean City. Here's what to look forward to:

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and once that's done, it's time for Christmas in Ocean City.

While decorations are already going up now, you'll have to wait just a bit longer for Christmas fun. Here's the schedule of Ocean City's Christmas festivities, according to the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.

Photos With Santa: Head to Music Pier from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on these dates to take pictures with Santa: Nov. 26, Nov. 27, Dec. 3, Dec. 4, Dec. 10, Dec. 11, Dec. 17, Dec. 18

Horse And Carriage Rides: Rides are held at 6th and Asbury from noon to 3 p.m. on the following dates: Nov. 25, Nov. 26, Nov. 27, Dec. 3, Dec. 4, Dec. 10, Dec. 11, Dec. 17, Dec. 18

2022 Ocean City Holiday Spectacular: Enjoy this fun, high-energy tribute to the holidays featuring star singers and dancers at the Music Pier. Dates and times are: Dec. 16 and 17 at 7:30 p.m.; Dec. 17 and 18 at 2 p.m. Get tickets here.

Nov. 19 - Earlier Than The Bird Shopping Extravaganza

Get a head start on holiday shopping the weekend before Thanksgiving with early bird specials downtown from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Nov. 25 - Christmas In The Downtown

Join merchants and the Chamber at "Our Miracle On Asbury Avenue" the day after Thanksgiving from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and kick off an old-fashioned downtown Christmas.

Nov. 26 - Holiday Concert

At 7:30 p.m., the Ocean City POPS perform Christmas favorites at their Holiday Show. Visit Ocean City Vacation for tickets.

Dec. 2 - Christmas Parade

The annual parade returns at 6 p.m. on Asbury Avenue from 6th Street to 12th Street. You can register here.
