Broken rope on flag pole

My father was a WW2 veteran and installed a flag pole with a yardarm in our front yard in OCNJ 25 years ago.  The rope broke and it needs to be rethreaded.   I put this out last spring and had a few responses but nothing ever came of it.   I’m putting it out again since summer is over and hopefully someone will help, a bucket truck would be needed.   I’m not looking for a freebie and willing to pay for this help.   My father flew the American flag every day on this pole until he died, I just want to keep his memory alive.  thank you, Mike
