Easton PA , Dirt Track Heroes Show Cover-up
Questions are being raised as to the legitimacy of this years Dirt Track Heroes Show.

This weekend – March 6th through the 8th – features the 13th annual Quaker Steak Dirt Track Heroes Car Show at the Palmer Park Mall in Easton PA.
The Miller family has huge ties to the racing community and has definitely added much value to the sport of racing for decades. Hosting events over the years including the Dirt Track Heroes Car Show.
A few years ago the event attracted thousands of fans and provided much excitement and entertainment for all attendees.
Last years show was set to reboot the once-popular show event. Justin Beltrame was to take the reins and help reinvent the failing show. A bevy of events were set up all weekend to boost attendance. About 40 race cars were displayed around the Phillipsburg Mall, but they attracted little interest. There wasn't much to celebrate except the colossal failure of one race team.
The Steve Young 187 Dirt-Track Media Team from Pennsylvania never showed up for the breakfast hosted for his race team that was set up by IHOP and a local sponsor.

Steve Young and the 187 Dirt Track Team hosts tire event this weekend at Heroes Show
Using local media to leverage a spot in last years mall show, Young took off and wasn't seen all weekend. As teams rolled in new cars to display for the show, Young cried wolf as the supposedly new car he promised was the same old dented-up yellow car that his team has raced for years.

A film crew was also stood up a few months later in a Pennsylvania hotel, where Young also was a no show. SJ News joined in canceling sponsorship with the team for lack of payment .
It appears that Young was using his relationship with the news group to leverage and sway sponsors for money and advertisement for his race car. In return he would get the outlet to do stories on his sponsors.
This year's Dirt-Track Heroes show is advertising the Young 187 media team as hosting a tire event on Saturday. Where is the honesty and integrity in this years show?
It's not surprising that some race teams have joined local tracks and separated themselves from the Dirt-Track Heroes Show.
They won't be attending this year's event, which is pretty sad.
Seems that for this year's show most teams are staying away due to speculation that Young bought into one of the events.
