School Professionals Across the Country Benefit from Y.A.L.E. School's Best Practices

Northfield, NJ – Dr. Danielle Taylor Psy.D., Director of Clinical Services at Y.A.L.E. School’s Northfield Campus, was among a group of national experts to deliver a presentation at the National Association of School Psychologists Annual Convention, held in February in Chicago, Illinois.

School psychologists and related professionals gathered in Chicago to learn about current best practices and effective training methods to improve their skills in working with students with disabilities. There, Dr. Taylor, together with her colleague, Mr. Jamie Cifuentes (former CST Director at Hopewell Twp.), delivered an interactive, hands-on presentation on Authentic Dyslexia Screening during which she offered practitioners concrete strategies and practices to effectively assess and address reading problems including data, treatment fidelity and outcomes.

Dr. Taylor, Psy.D., is a certified school psychologist who has worked in public and private schools, as well as clinical settings throughout the country. Dr. Taylor’s commitment to the special education community is evident through her work at Y.A.L.E.
