- Non-competitive - This might seem a little confusing, But the whole point of the league is offer an opportunity to do something different with your time and meet new people. As such the league fosters an aire of non-competitiveness to promote and level of involvement that can be enjoyed by all.
- People from all walks of life: doctors, school teachers, store owners, stay at home dads, everyone.
- Whether you go to the gym daily, or you are a weekend warrior, or haven’t seen exercise since gym class, if you sign up you will play in every game.
- Co-Ed
- Must be over 21.
- Must sign a waiver.
- Games are played on weekday nights, no weekends.
- All games are followed by a social event held at a local area restaurant or bar.
- All participants receive a t-shirt, and a membership in SJSL including discounts at local merchants and sponsors.
- Season is a minimum of eight weeks (one game per week) and playoffs.
- Sign up as a team or as an individual and be placed on a team!
- Great way to get a little exercise and make new friends!
