'Moody Blues' Songwriter, Vocalist Comes To Ocean City
For one night only, iconic rock band member John Lodge of the Moody Blues is coming to Ocean City.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Iconic Moody Blues bass player, songwriter and vocalist John Lodge is coming to the Ocean City Music Pier for one night in July.
Lodge brings his "Performs Classic Moody Blues" as part of Ocean City's summer concert series on July 25.
Lodge, who has been part of the Moody Blues for more than five decades, wants to keep the music alive as the band no longer tours. He also is promoting his latest live album, "The Royal Affair and After," which was released in January.

The show weaves together Moody Blues hits with special tribute to Lodge's bandmates.
"I’m delighted to be bringing my Moody Blues show to the Ocean City Music Pier as part of their Summer Concert Series!" Lodge said in a press release.

"I’ll be bringing my band, and we’ll be doing our full ‘Classic Moody Blues’ show with all my hits and tributes to all my bandmates. These songs really are the soundtrack of my life and I look forward to sharing them with fans, and perhaps even some not so familiar with the Moody Blues," he said.
