Welcome to the July 8 edition of the Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events in Ocean City.

Monday, July 8
- Start the week off with yoga on the beach at 8 a.m. on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts.
- Family Nights return to the Boardwalk from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. between 8th Street and 12th Street. There are jugglers, music, characters and more.
- The Wailers perform at Ocean City Music Pier at 7 p.m. Get tickets here.
Tuesday, July 9

- Beach walks return at 59th St. & Central Ave. (entrance to Corson's Inlet State Park) every Tuesday at 9 a.m.
- The popular Bike Auction returns from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Shelter Road Recycling Center at 1 Shelter Road (off Tennessee Avenue, which intersects Bay Avenue near 23rd Street).
- It's Funtastic Tuesdays on Asbury Avenue from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with entertainment, face painters and balloon sculptors.
- Enjoy "Charlotte's Web (Musical)" by The Greater Ocean City Theatre Company at 10:30 a.m. at Music Pier.
- The Ocean City Environmental Commission meets at 6:30 p.m. at the Howard S. Stainton Senior Center. See the agenda here.
- It's Mummers Night on the Boardwalk, strutting down 6th Street to 14th Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Wednesday, July 10
- The farmers market returns to the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Start the day off with beach Pilates on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
- Wacky Wednesday is back with taffy sculpting at Music Pier. Sculpt Shriver's taffy into a masterpiece at 10:30 a.m. Contest is free and limited to the first 200 participants. Open to all ages.
- The Freckle Contest begins with free registration at 5:30 p.m. in front of Music Pier. Contest begins at 6 p.m.
- The Ocean City Planning Board meets at 6 p.m.

- It's Market Days on Asbury Avenue from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with entertainment, face painters and balloon sculptors.
- It's Mummers Night on the Boardwalk, strutting down 6th Street to 14th Street from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday, July 12
- Start the day off at 8 a.m. with a low-impact beach exercise on 6th Street Beach Volleyball Courts. It's free; just bring a towel.
