North Jersey casinos is a fake issue in NJ Governor's race.
North Jersey has 80% of voters and full control of Legislature.
Got phone call at 8:45pm from a bored and uninformed high school or college age kid asking me to vote for Kim Guadagno on Tuesday. He said Kim Guadagno will keep casinos in Atlantic City. I said North Jersey casinos is a fake issue. North Jersey has 80% of NJ's voters, 80% of State Legislature, and most money and media. North Jersey can get casinos any time they want, whenever they want, regardless of who is Governor. Right now, most North Jersey voters don't want casinos, because they think they made a mess of Atlantic City. I said I'm voting for Jack Ciattarelli this Tuesday. That's Jack on left, me on right, at Pittsgrove Day Fair in Salem County two weeks ago. Sample ballot depicted is for Atlantic County. Each county designs its own ballot. New Jersey's Primary Election is this Tuesday, June 6. Polls open from 6am to 8pm. You do not need to be a member of any political club. All voters are eligible. If you previously voted in Republican Primary, you must vote a Republican ballot on Tuesday. If you previously voted in a Democratic Primary, you must vote a Democratic ballot. If you never before voted in a Primary Election, you can choose either a Republican or a Democratic ballot at the polling place. Because few people vote in June Primary elections, your vote carries much more weight this Tuesday.
