Ocean City Home Damaged in 2012 Fire Has Been Rebuilt

The home is slightly smaller, but retains all the ocean views, according to the Ocean City Gazette.

A three-story home on the corner of Morningside Road and Beach Road that was destroyed by a fire in 2012 has been rebuilt, the Ocean City Gazette reports.

The owners recently moved back into the home, which is slightly smaller but retains the same ocean views, according to the report.

The fire did more than just destroy the home that belonged to George A. Stohner and Brendan Burnett, of Indianapolis, IN.

It also damaged a neighboring home and sent one firefighter to the hospital with heat related injuries.

The injured firefighter was later released.

At the time of the fire, the home was assessed at $2.6 million.
