Ocean City: Next Week's Power Outage Schedule

Atlantic City Electric will continue installing reclosers in Ocean City next week, officials said. The equipment is being installed to reduce the number of power outages in Ocean City.

Recloser installation will require service interruptions as crews replace poles, transformers and wires this winter. Here is the tentative schedule for service interruptions from Feb. 4-8, weather permitting:

• Monday-Tuesday: 17th Street between Asbury and West
• Tuesday-Wednesday: 24th Street between Asbury and Haven
• Thursday-Friday: 27th Street between West and Haven
• Friday: 27th Street between Asbury and West
