'Outrageous' Dream Comes True on Ocean City Boardwalk

When family members help each other make dreams come true, the results can be outrageous.

In this case, Jameson Cesar helped his Uncle Jerry bring his dream of owning his own restaurant to life on the Ocean City Boardwalk.

It began with a conversation between the two, and they made it a reality during the block party in May. After seeing how much people loved the taste of their hand-battered onion rings, they decided to look into a brick and mortar.

Fast forward a couple months and they were ready to open J&J’s Outrageous Rings at 1348 Boardwalk. The ribbon cutting was held on Thursday.

Customers choose a topping to be added to their onion rings, tater tots, sweet potato fries and more. Toppings include Garlic Parmesan, Balsamic Glaze, Tzatziki, White Truffle, and even homemade marinara from Nonna’s Trattoria located on 7th and Asbury.

They say it’s all about the drizzle.
