Recently Renovated Ocean City Boardwalk Tops List Of State's Best
NJ.com says the Ocean City Boardwalk is No. 1, and Facebook readers agree.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City’s recent boardwalk upgrade has really paid off. In fact, it’s one of the reasons nj.com says it’s the best in the state. Jeremy Schneider and Bobby Olivier ranked the boardwalks based on general quality, parking availability, food and drink, and crowds for NJ Advance Media.
What they found was that Ocean City is the No. 1 Boardwalk In New Jersey. Citing Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Playland's Castaway Cove, OC Waterpark and Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard, they ranked Ocean City at the top of the list of New Jersey’s 18 boardwalks. It beat out Wildwood, which finished second, while the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk finished sixth.
Facebook users agreed with the designation.
