Search Begins For The Next Miss Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The search is on for the next Miss Ocean City and Miss Junior Ocean City. Registration is now open for both pageants.

Women interested in competing in the Miss Ocean City Pageant must be between 16 and 22-years-old, attend or have graduated from Ocean City High School, have parents or guardians who own property in Ocean City or reside in a sending district to OCHS (Sea Isle City, Upper Township and Longport).

On Aug. 13 at the Ocean City Music Pier, contestants will compete in typical pageant portions of interview, talent, swimsuit, poise and onstage questions.

Those interested in competing in the Junior Miss Ocean City Pageant must be at least 12-years-old and have not reached their 16th birthday by Aug. 1.

The junior pageant will be held at the Ocean City Music Pier on Aug. 30, where contestants will be judged in onstage questions, talent, poise, appearance and a judges interview.
