Tony Award-Winning 'Bye, Bye Birdie!' At Ocean City High School Next Week

Over 100 OCHS students are involved in the production, including the cast, stage crew, tech crew, set design, marketing and make-up.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Ocean City High School (OCHS) Drama Guild presents the Tony award-winning musical “Bye Bye Birdie!” at the high school’s Hughes Performing Arts Center, March 30 through April 1.

“Bye Bye Birdie!” first appeared on Broadway in 1963. The show will feature the popular tunes, “Put On A Happy Face,” “Kids,” “The Telephone Hour,” and “Got a Lot of Livin’ To Do.”

Show times are as follows:
Thursday, March 30, 7 p.m.;
Friday, March 31, 7 p.m.; and
Saturday, April 1, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors, and may be purchased in advance by contacting the Box Office at 609-399-1290, ext. 1442.
