Victims In Triple-Fatal Head-On Crash In South Jersey ID'd

The 3 people who were killed when a Ford Focus collided with a Hyundai Sonata Friday night have been identified.

Police have identified three people who were killed in a head-on collision in South Jersey over the weekend.

Norma Craft, 74, of Carneys Point, has been identified as the driver of a Ford Focus that was involved in the crash near South Hook Road and Winslow Lane in Pennsville on Friday night, Pennsville police said Monday morning.

The other two passengers in the car were 63-year-old Diane Nelson and 60-year-old Willard S. Kidd Jr., both of Carneys Point. All three were killed in the crash.

Craft was driving north on South Hook Road when it left its lane and hit a Hyundai Sonata head-on, police said. The Sonata driver was previously identified as Lloyd L. Minatee, 30, of Wilmington, Del. Two small children were in the rear, including an infant and a child.

The Sonata driver and the front-seat passenger were taken to local hospitals with serious injuries. The two children were not injured.

“Our condolences go out to the families of the three deceased and hoping for a speedy recovery to the individuals in the additional involved vehicle,” police said.

No charges have been filed, and the investigation into the crash continues.
