Video Exposes Donald Trump's Possible Ties To Allegedly Racist N.J. Mob Figure

A video has emerged exposing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump's possible ties to organized crime in N.J., a report says.

A video has emerged exposing Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump's possible ties to a New Jersey casino mob figure, according to a report.

Yahoo News published a video (see below) that could contradict Trump’s claim that he never knew a reputed mob figure who was banned from New Jersey casinos for alleged ties to organized crime.

Robert LiButti can be seen standing alongside Trump in the front row of a 1988 “WrestleMania” match in Atlantic City.

Even though Trump and his representatives insist that the billionaire business mogul doesn't know him, LiButti's daughter, Edith Creamer, told Yahoo News that she and her father were Trump's guests.

LiButti has been connected to Trump before. In 1991, the Trump Plaza was fined $200,000 for accommodating LiButti's desire not to have African-Americans or women at his gambling tables, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Nine employees alleged that the casino repeatedly removed African-Americans and women from craps tables after LiButti loudly complained about their presence when he was playing, according to the report.

Edith Creamer told Yahoo that Trump is "a liar. Of course he knew him."

"I flew in the [Trump] helicopter with [Trump’s then wife] Ivana and the kids. My dad flew it up and down [to Atlantic City]. My 35th birthday party was at the Plaza and Donald was there," she told Yahoo.

The video was given to Yahoo News by a confidential source who discovered it in the online archives of World Wrestling Entertainment and “WrestleMania.”

David Cay Johnston, an author and former Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times journalist who, as a reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer, interviewed LiButti, confirmed that Trump was indeed sitting next to him.

The Daily Beast noted that Trump has said he wasn’t that close with LiButti and insisted that he didn’t “recognize the name,” and wouldn't know him if he stood in front of him.

Hope Hicks, a spokeswoman for Trump’s campaign, told Yahoo News: “That was obviously a massive event, which took place decade ago. Mr. Trump attended many similar events with thousands of people during the time period.”

The video came three years before LiButti, who died in 2014, was banned from Atlantic City casinos in 1991 because of his relationship with the late mob boss John Gotti.
