1 Dies In Paramus House Fire Monday Morning: Report
BREAKING: It took firefighters 45 minutes to knock down the fire, according to a report.

PARAMUS, NJ — A victim died in a house fire Monday morning, authorities said.
The fire broke out on the first floor of the house at Forest and Brookfield avenues, Fire Chief John Niland told Daily Voice.
The blaze started on the first floor and quickly spread to the attic and through the roof, Niland said in the report.

Investigators from the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office were at the scene, the report said.
Police Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg and Niland could not be reached for comment.
