PARAMUS, N.J. — The right and center lanes of Route 17 North, including the ramp to the Garden State Parkway, between Century Road and Midland Avenue reopened after authorities closed them for several hours Thursday morning, police said.
Motorists should expect residual delays and allow for extra time when traveling through the area.
